This year's event will be open during the following hours:
Saturday, October 4, 2025 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday, October 5, 2025 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Booths are setup on a paved street surface. A single booth is 15' wide x 10' deep and a double booth is 30' wide x 10' deep. Vendor displays must not exceed 10' deep or impede walkways/aisles. Tables, chairs, and extension cords are NOT provided.
If using a tent/canopy, each leg must have no less than 40 pounds anchoring it down. This requirement is not optional and will be strictly enforced due to safety concerns. Any vendor who fails to properly anchor their canopy will not be allowed to participate unless the canopy is taken down.
Applications will be screened by the Planning Committee. A decision of acceptance/denial will be sent to the email provided on this application. The committee cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
Once accepted, vendors will be contacted to arrange payment for their booth. Booth assignments will be made after payment is received. Booth space is not guarantee until paid.
Food vendors must comply with all Wayne County, Indiana Health Department regulations. For more information and to obtain any required permits, please contact the Wayne County Health Department at (765) 973-9245.
